When we founded SparkUs, we embarked on a journey with a lot of skepticism. We were not sure if the platform could provide a solid benefit, let alone undertake a proper coaching function.
We had one north-star: The efficacy of coaching experience. We crafted the digital coaching journey to mimic this experience. We focused on the recipient rather than the coach.
We re-iterated the journey until we were satisfied with the outcome. We developed a user-friendly digital tool that generates coaching results.
However, we are aware that the human element is crucial to complete any coaching journey. Therefore we took a blended approach to combine technology and human touch.
