Nehad Tadros is an executive master coach-MCC-ICF located in the United Arab Emirates-UAE. Nehad has 27 years’ experience working to help leaders, teams and organization become more effective and enhance performance and growth. Nehad partners and collaborates with executives and leaders in mid to large size companies to accelerate their ability to build and thrive with a results-oriented and compassionate approach. Her passion lies in working with people and helping them achieve the goals and outcomes.

Michael is an ICF Master Certified Coach specializing in business coaching and corporate consultation. Most of his work has been done in Germany in the area of Risk Management. Dr. Marx has served as the leader of the ICF ‘Global Community of Practice on Ethics.’ He also serves on the ICF Independent Review Board. Additionally, he is a past-president of Christian Coaches Network International and the author of the book Ethics
and Risk Management for Christian Coaches (2016). He serves as the Administrative Director of Success Unlimited Network, a school which specializes in coaches who are on a spiritual journey. He has also founded a non-for-profit called Coaching Suicide Awareness. He lives deep in the mountains of Colorado in the USA with his wife of 35+ years and 22 sled dogs.

Amadeu Lamounier began his professional career as a Technology Director for Oracle, including Sales Consultancy, Technical Support, Training and Consultancy. He also worked as a Sales Account Executive for both Oracle and Microsoft in Latin America Region.
Having the PCC credential from the ICF, he has more than 800 hours of Executive, Sales and Career Coaching experience worldwide. He also has an MBA in Economic and Strategic Business Management.

Equipped with recent firsthand leadership and business operating experience, and over 15 years of in-depth corporate coaching, Stephanie supports her clients to thrive at work. She has a wealth of work experience in diverse, top leadership roles, spanning the Professional Services, Education and Tech sectors. Her experiences range from working as a Senior Consultant for two global Management Consulting firms, to the Managing Director of a global corporate training firm during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation since 2010, she has developed deep expertise in helping people to reflect upon their conflicting challenges, refine their goals, establish a tailored plan and get them to where they want to be, faster.

Ludmila is an ICF-credentialed coach with a graduate certificate in executive and professional coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas and a PhD in psychology from the Polish Academy of Sciences. She specializes in career development and well-being at work. She applies evidence-based principles of positive psychology and behavior change to co-create meaningful results for her clients that leverage their strengths and meet their needs. Prior to becoming a coach, Ludmila was a faculty member at academic institutions conducting research on health promotion.
