Open Call to Companies and NGOs: Nominate Your Leaders for Groundbreaking Research
Sparkus is excited to extend an open call to companies and NGOs to participate in a Research Project on AI-Supported Digital Coaching. Funded by Sparkus & EMCC Global this innovative research aims to explore the transformative impact of AI on coaching practices and leadership development. We will be accepting a total of 80 leaders, with each organization able to nominate 5-10 participants who fit the criteria (2-7 years of leadership experience).

Project Details
- Who Can Join? Organizations can nominate 5–10 leaders who are in the early stages of their leadership journey.
- Timeline: Coaching will take place from February to April 2025, with debriefs extending to mid-May 2025.
- Coaching Format: Participants will experience three coaching sessions, with some groups testing AI-supported preparation methods.
