Hello, I'm Zeynep! I graduated from Yeditepe University with a degree in Business Administration and started my career with a one-year internship in human resources. I have been working as a Customer Success Lead at Sparkus for over three years. My role involves closely collaborating with customers to ensure the success and continuity of projects. I take on a leadership role in various projects to maximize customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's goals. My interests include business, human resources, and customer success strategies.

Ozlem Sarioglu began her professional career as a consultant at PwC, where she advised financial institutions on their global structuring and gained coaching experience as a manager. Ozlem has been selected by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as one of the six honourees of the Young Leader Award in 2019 to carry coaching into the future. In 2021, she became one of the official members of Forbes Coaches Council. Having the PCC credential from the ICF, she has more than 1500 hours of coaching experience. She is also a volunteer in the Development team of EMCC Global.

After completing a Master of Design at the Domus Academy, Dani Benreytan started his career as a design management consultant, where he helped companies to build their brands. At SparkUs, Dani spearheaded the concept of turning traditional coaching into a gamified online coaching platform. By transforming what used to be a face-to-face service to a self-serving gamified digital coaching tool, SparkUs was able to reduce costs drastically and expand coaching services to masses.

Meriç Arslan holds a degree in Sociology from Marmara University, which she obtained in 2011. She began her professional journey as a Recruitment Consultant at a renowned global company, concurrently completing a Human Resources Management program at Istanbul Technical University. Her career trajectory then led her to roles in Sales and Project Management at Zomato, a prominent global food-tech company. Since 2018, Meriç has been serving as the Chief Product Officer at Sparkus. Furthering her professional development, she has also undertaken extensive training in web design, coding, and leadership skills.

Following his graduation from Sabancı University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Ender Subasi started his professional journey as an IT consultant at E&Y Turkey. During his tenure, he acquired valuable expertise in project management and client relationship development. Currently serving as an Account Executive at SparkUs, Ender is responsible for new customer acquisition and account management with maintaining high standards of client engagement.
