Laura Balaci has 20 years of leadership experience in international business, with global corporations such as Oracle and Fujitu-ICL. As a coach, Laura works with executives, leaders, individual contributors, and teams. She is also contributing to the development of the coaching profession as a Certified Mentor Coach and Coaching Supervisor. Jameela Korek is a Leadership and Transformational Coach (PCC) with over 30 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercialization, Learning & Development, and Talent Management. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, spending 23 years in commercial roles before transitioning to regional and global managerial positions in Talent Management and Learning & Development. Bahar Zengingönül, a PCC-certified Professional Coach, brings extensive experience from system optimization and HR management roles at Karsan, Coats Textiles, Beymen, Eval, Vestel, and Yeni Karamursel. Inspired by her early connection to nature and her passion for understanding people, Bahar focuses on creating systems that emphasize fairness and highlight contributions. Gürkan has been a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since starting his coaching training in 2007. He served as the President of the ICF’s Turkish chapter from June 2010 to May 2012 and continues as a member of ICF Turkey’s Advisory Board and Internal Regulation Committee Leader. Gürkan also joined the ICF EMEA Regional Advisory Council in 2014, broadening his influence to the international level. He is set to join the ICF’s Independent Review Board in April 2016. A graduate of an ICF-accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), Gürkan holds the PCC credential.
