Ludmila is an ICF-credentialed coach with a graduate certificate in executive and professional coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas and a PhD in psychology from the Polish Academy of Sciences. She specializes in career development and well-being at work. She applies evidence-based principles of positive psychology and behavior change to co-create meaningful results for her clients that leverage their strengths and meet their needs. Prior to becoming a coach, Ludmila was a faculty member at academic institutions conducting research on health promotion.

Kristina is an Executive Certified Coach (PCC-ICF), a certified Human Resource Professional Leader and a Certified Systemic Team Coach who has a graduate degree in change management and is completing her master’s degree in executive organizations and coaching. She worked in the Canadian Navy and the public service assisting clients in strategic planning, coaching and change management. With over 1000 coaching hour experience, she now works independently assisting all organization sectors.

Kathy is renowned for her holistic approach to advancing leaders to higher leadership levels, guiding them through first 90 days, effectively managing transitions, crafting strategies for leaving a lasting legacy, and assisting executives in leveling up their executive presence. With 15 years of leading Tech & Engineering teams across various industries, Kathy possesses profound insights into corporate dynamics. Kathy has partnered with 1500+ clients, accumulating 2500+ coaching hours. She has 2 Masters degrees, holds ICF PCC and is a UCLA Trained Mindfulness Facilitator.

Kanat Gurel is a PCC-certified Professional Coach with over 1500 hours of coaching experience since 2017. He began his career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen before transitioning to corporate finance at İş Investment Securities. Kanat later held management and executive roles in finance within the consumer goods industry, working for companies such as PepsiCo, Red Bull, and Doluca. Leveraging his extensive business background, he now supports clients in achieving their personal and professional goals through insightful and impactful coaching.

Julia has 30 years of coaching, mentoring and building talent as a leader, consultant and coach. She has held leadership positions in one of Canada’s largest and oldest companies, and consulted and coach in a variety of industries focusing on talent management, change management and organizational effectiveness, working with national and global organisations in North America, Europe and Asia from start-up to Fortune 100. Julia is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 3000 coaching hours. She volunteers with the Humanitarian Coaching Network coaching humanitarian staff in the most isolated and complex posts.

Jessica McClure is an Executive Coach (PCC, CPCC) who partners with leaders to harness their strengths, refine their goals, and achieve lasting transformation in both professional and personal realms. With a values-based approach, Jessica focuses on accountability, practical tools, and mindset refinement to foster strategic vision and growth. Drawing on over 12 years of executive experience in REITs, she brings deep insight and intuition to her coaching, supporting leaders across industries. Jessica holds certifications from the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and the Co-Active Institute (CPCC).

Brigit Elisabeth Eichenberger, known as Bee, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 20 years of international experience spanning various industries, including people management, communication, operations, and administration. Specializing in cultivating sustainable, resourceful mindsets among leaders, Brigit excels at helping professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds confidently navigate change. Her coaching focuses on facilitating self-awareness, skill development, and growth. With more than 1,500 hours in coaching, facilitating, and mentoring, Brigit has also been a valued faculty member of Erickson Coaching International since 2018.

Antonia Benque, a seasoned professional coach with certifications in Co-active Leadership, CPCC, PCC, MSc, ORSC, and Narrative Practice, brings a rich background from working across diverse sectors such as education, insurance, health, and communication in various countries including France, the UK, Portugal, and the USA. Now based in San Francisco, Antonia works globally, focusing on creating safe and thriving workplace environments. With over 1000 hours of coaching experience, she has empowered more than 100 individuals and groups to enhance their self-confidence, leadership skills, and interpersonal communications.

We are saddened to announce the passing of Dr. Michael J. Marx, a respected figure in the coaching community and advocate for ethical practices and suicide awareness. An ICF Master Certified Coach, Michael focused on business coaching and risk management in Germany. He led the ICF’s ‘Global Community of Practice on Ethics’ and was a past-president of the Christian Coaches Network International. Michael also founded Coaching Suicide Awareness, highlighting his dedication to mental health. He authored ‘Ethics and Risk Management for Christian Coaches’ (2016) and lived in Colorado with his wife and 22 sled dogs. Michael’s profound impact on coaching continues to inspire. We extend condolences to his family and encourage continuing his legacy of integrity and care.

Amadeu Lamounier began his professional career as a Technology Director for Oracle, including Sales Consultancy, Technical Support, Training and Consultancy. He also worked as a Sales Account Executive for both Oracle and Microsoft in Latin America Region. Having the PCC credential from the ICF, he has more than 800 hours of Executive, Sales and Career Coaching experience worldwide. He also has an MBA in Economic and Strategic Business Management.

Equipped with recent firsthand leadership and business operating experience, and over 15 years of in-depth corporate coaching, Stephanie supports her clients to thrive at work. She has a wealth of work experience in diverse, top leadership roles, spanning the Professional Services, Education and Tech sectors. Her experiences range from working as a Senior Consultant for two global Management Consulting firms, to the Managing Director of a global corporate training firm during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation since 2010, she has developed deep expertise in helping people to reflect upon their conflicting challenges, refine their goals, establish a tailored plan and get them to where they want to be, faster.

Jenny Hyatt is an International Trainer, Executive Coach, and Performance Consultant. She brings with her 20+ years of practical experience in Learning u0026 Talent Development along with an industry-relevant educational background, MSc Consulting Psychology (OD), California, USA, and multiple related certificates from the American Society for Training u0026 Development as a Total Trainer, Human Performance Improvement Consultant, and a Talent Management u0026 Career Planning Specialist. She is a Professional Certified Coach from the ICF and a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Executive Coach, and an NLP Master Practitioner u0026 Trainer where she specializes in the Psychology of Leadership to bring out excellence and create lasting change.

Sarah is an ICF certified coach and holds an MBA and a BA (Psychology). Her career has spanned over 20 years as an organizational effectiveness and change management professional where she partners with leaders, teams, and individuals to drive and sustain change. She has worked across multiple industries as both a consultant and senior leader including banking, energy, tourism, pharmaceuticals, and retail which enables her to bring diverse perspectives to clients. Sarah’s coaching focuses on leadership, team, and individual performance, thus improving business results

She’s supported over 350 diverse individuals (2300+ hours) in a variety of organizations, industries, and positions. As a business professional, she led multifunctional teams in project execution, product development, process improvement, and strategic planning. She has Finance and Masters degrees and holds the PCC credential with ICF.
